Yes, Matteo studio works together with professional floor layers. We can also provide a quote here upon request.

A Spc floor is a stone floor that combines all the advantages of laminate, PVC or ceramic floors in one. A Spc floor plank consists of the following layers:

1. UV coating layer (thick wear layer) of 0.55 mm;
2. Top layer (decor); this determines the appearance (color of wood);
3. Limestone layer (core of the shelf);
4. 4. IXPE layer (subfloor).

In principle, this is not necessary provided the construction floor is free of irregularities. Ask our employee what the best solution is in your specific situation.

Our floors are very suitable for underfloor heating (heat resistance 0.06 m.2 K/W). The limestone core ensures good heat transmission and heat is also retained well.

Our floors are completely water-resistant and can therefore also be used in the bathroom.

Yes, our showroom is located at Rijksstraatweg 105K in Baambrugge. You can make an appointment via the appointment module on our website every day between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

This depends on the quantity of packs you need. Ask one of our employees about the current rates for transport.

Most of our floors are available directly from stock. The average delivery time is currently 3 days, with the exception of delivery to the Wadden Islands. Ask our employees for the most current delivery time of the floor you want.

Purchases via webshop
All purchases via www.matteostudio.nl can be paid with iDeal and credit card.

Purchases via showroom
When you order your new floor and any associated products after a visit to our showroom, we will send you a specification by email. As soon as you accept this, you can pay the first installment via iDeal.

Once we have received written approval, we will apply the following payment terms. For these terms you will successively receive three different payment requests via Mollie.

1st installment : 40% of the quotation amount upon approval of the quotation and assignment
2nd installment : 40% of the quotation amount at the start of work
3rd and final installment : 20% of the quotation amount including settlement of additional and reduced work after completion of the work.

Yes, this is possible. Please take the following conditions into account:
- Only products that are in the original packaging can be returned;
- The return period is 30 days.

You must register your return by sending an email to info@matteostudio.nl stating:

• your name, address and place of residence;
• contact details (e-mail address and mobile telephone number);
• description of ordered products;
• number of packages you wish to return; reason for return;
• order date and receipt date.

One of our employees will contact you to discuss the handling of your return shipment and its settlement.

In principle, your order can be canceled within 14 days unless you expressly request that the products be prepared for transport within this period. If your order is already ready for transport by the carrier or parcel service, cancellation is sometimes possible. Please note: this involves costs that we must charge you.
